Brian Crum
Chief Executive Officer20+ years of experience in banking, credit, and consumer finance. Brian previously served as COO of Citizens State Bank and co-founded two lending-focused fintech companies, including work that led to the acquisition of $200M+ in consumer loan portfolios.
Scott Austin
Chief Lending Officer36+ years building and scaling nationwide sales and lending operations, with more than $500M in revenue generated across consumer, mortgage, and home improvement lending. Scott previously held senior leadership roles at Upgrade, Service Finance, Lendmark, and Atlantic Financial.
Adam Dickert
Chief Operations OfficerWith over 18 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, Adam previously served as CIO of Citizens State Bank, where he helped lead its successful IT integration during a merger with VyStar Credit Union. He also co-founded PayStrm, an Elavon-partnered payment processing firm. Today, Adam leads compliance, network security, and infrastructure at LendStrm.
