8. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Mediation

In the event of any dispute or claim, you agree to first attempt to negotiate a written resolution with LendStrm in good faith. If unresolved after forty-five (45) days of written notice, both parties agree to join in mediation in the State of Florida with a mutually agreed mediator. Failure to attempt mediation prior to filing any arbitration or legal claims will result in a waiver of your right to recover attorneys' fees.
