Our Commitment

LendStrm wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, rely on keyboard navigation, or need reduced motion or higher-contrast text. We're designing and building this site to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the widely used, internationally recognized standard for web accessibility — and treat that as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox.

What We've Done

As of our most recent review on 2026-09-09, this site includes:

  • A visible focus indicator on every interactive element you can reach by keyboard, including custom controls like our interactive price calculator.
  • Text and background color combinations across the site checked against WCAG's 4.5:1 contrast requirement for body text.
  • A "skip to content" link at the start of every page, so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
  • Descriptive alt text on all images.
  • Form fields with properly associated labels.
  • Full keyboard support for interactive components like our value-comparison tabs and FAQ accordions, including arrow-key navigation where appropriate.
  • Automatic reduction of motion and animation for visitors who have that preference set in their operating system.
  • A logical heading structure on every page, so screen reader users can navigate by heading level.

Known Limitations

We're not treating this as finished. A few things we know still need work:

  • Some interactive components (like our multi-step process indicator) don't yet follow every ARIA authoring-practice recommendation for tab-style widgets, though they remain fully operable by keyboard.
  • A few of the smallest buttons on mobile are below the recommended 44×44px touch target size.
  • The Cloudflare Turnstile widget used on our Contact form is a third-party component; its accessibility is maintained by Cloudflare, not by us.
