LendStrm is a financial technology company that manages the LendStrm Program by providing origination and servicing support to banks and other financial institutions that make or hold program loans. LendStrm is not a lender. All credit decisions and loan terms are determined by program lenders. The Site provides general information about the LendStrm Program, our business and borrower audiences, and a way to contact us — it is not a loan application, and using the Site does not create a loan, credit, or servicing relationship between you and LendStrm.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by businesses and individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
